Have you heard of "Reverse Coloring"? It's one of the hottest coloring trends out right now. Basically the image is colored in and you add the outlines or details. Below you can see a couple of before and after images (fairy and winter scene) as well as the covers of two coloring books available here at the library. If you want to give it a try, swing by the library and try a page. We will have these available at our CRAFT CRAZINESS day on MONDAY, Sept 15.

Next Monday! Send your school kids for an hour or all afternoon.
Some of the crafts available will be: air dry clay, shrinky dinks, paint by number kits, perler beads, wooden race cars, diamond painting, reverse coloring pages, water color painting, and various Halloween and Thanksgiving craft kits. Something for all school agers! (Parental supervision welcome but not required!)

Upside Down! Can you do things upside down that you can normally? Thursday we used upside down goggles to write, throw balls to each other, and walk! We also stood on our heads, blew bubbles upside down and just tried to imagine a world that looks differently Upside down.
